HKIRS’s modules are well-known for its flexiblity and its effective modules. We believe each individual has different ability in adapting to the training modules, therefore, we try to accommodate the request of all the participants to achieve the most efficient and effective training sessions. Our coach customizes training sessions based on the needs and the schedule of the participants. As well as the duration of each training session, particpants can select their training frequency, time and venue of the lessons.

If needed, our coach is more than happy to offer personal advice and guidance so as to ensure each participant benefit most from HKIRS training.

We also welcome our participants to come up with their own creative acrobatic footwork and routine design to nurture their creativity. Believing in the fact that skipping is about the pace, not the race, we focus on the importance of cooperation instead of competition, so that our participants can work together and improve as a team.
